David J. Michniewicz, P.E. is the Civil Engineering Division Manager. He is highly experienced in environmentally responsible site planning and development, Title 5 and Innovative/Alternative (I/A) sewage treatment and disposal system design, wastewater treatment plant design, stormwater management utilizing best management practices and LID techniques, and environmental and land-use permitting. Mr. Michniewicz is a Commonwealth of Massachusetts Approved Soil Evaluator and a Commonwealth of Massachusetts Approved Title 5 System Inspector.

Mr. Michniewicz is a member of both the American Society of Civil Engineers and National Society of Professional Engineers, and served on his town's comprehensive water planning committee. David enjoys going to classic car shows, following NHRA drag racing, playing basketball, golfing, and skiing.
