The Town of Falmouth renovated the second-floor offices of its Town Hall and expanded the existing building structure with a two-story addition that included wood framed roof dormers and a lavatory room. Coastal Engineering performed a structural engineering evaluation of the existing structure, prepared plans and construction documents for the renovation and addition including offices, public meeting rooms, and ADA stair and elevator, provided engineering design review and sketch plan preparation for basement waterproofing, and performed construction bid and contract administration.
