Herring Cove Village is a vacation home property built in an environmentally sensitive area of Provincetown, containing 17 dwelling units, configured as 7 two- bedroom townhouses, 8 one-bedroom split duplexes and 2 two-bedroom clubhouse units. Coastal Engineering Co. performed civil engineering and environmental permitting for site redevelopment, with one of the tasks being site feasibility analysis for an affordable housing component to the project. As a result, 6 market rate and 3 community housing units were added to the pre-existing 8 units, and the tennis area was reduced from 5 to 4 courts.
