The driveways, parking lots, and stormwater drainage systems at this 40 year old housing facility were in major disrepair and in need of upgrades. Through a contract with the Massachusetts Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD), Coastal Engineering Co. developed plans to replace the failing pavement, expand the parking, and upgrade the stormwater drainage systems. Construction of the project was completed at a cost significantly below budget
