Coastal Eningeering Co. provided site engineering services for this iconic Chatham site offering views of Buck’s Creek and Nantucket Sound. When rebuilding the house, the owners were able to add an extra bedroom by obtaining a variance from the Board of Health as a result of designing an I/A septic system. A spacious outdoor living space and beach access stairs were added to the property. Environmental permitting was provided for coastal bank stabilization and plant community restoration within the “no-disturb” zone.
