CEC provided professional engineering services required for filing permit applications for maintenance dredging at Chatham Yacht Basin. The project includes maintenance dredging of the boat basin my mechanical means with dredge sediment disposal along a nearby beach and an upland disposal facility. This project required review and permitting from local, state, and federal agencies including: Town of Dennis Shellfish Advisory Committee, Town of Dennis Waterways Advisory Committee, Town of Dennis Harbormaster, Town of Dennis Conservation Commission, to apply for NOI, MA DEP and 401 Water Quality Department for combined Chapter 91 licensing, Army Corps of Engineers (ACOE).
