This site, located on Franks Lane in Hanover, MA, consists of 5 multifamily residential buildings and a community center. There are two sewage disposal systems located on the property. System One, which serves three buildings, was installed in 2000 with a design flow of 8140 GPD (74 bedrooms @ 110 GPD/bedroom). The system showed signs of long term inundation and was failing. Coastal Engineering Co. provided consulting services to The Harbor Companies, assessed potential reasons for sewage disposal system failure, and designed plans for a replacement system. Apartments were kept open with access through construction.
