The Town of Brewster DPW engaged Coastal Engineering Co. to design improvements to stormwater drainage facilities at the intersection of Hickory Lane, Cedar Lane, and Holly Avenue. Stromwater runoff had impacted private property along the roadway for many years due to inadequate stormwater systems. The improvements included installation of catch basins and leaching structures at intermediate locations along the roadway and at low points to contain the stromwater runoff and provide recharge into the ground.
