Town of Sandwich reconstructed the existing culverts below the Dewey Avenue and Jones lane in order to provide improved flood control and more stable flow levels. Coastal Engineering Company (CEC) provided professional services for land survey of existing conditions and wetland boundaries, as well as civil engineering and environmental permitting for culvert replacement. Permits involved included local conservation commission, NOI, ACOE, and Water Quality Certification. CEC also prepared the Project Manual and invitation to bid and evaluated bids received on behalf of the Town. CEC then provided construction layout services and performed progress inspections through successful completion of the project.
