As the Director of Human Resources, Amy Dwyer works closely with Coastal Engineering's leadership team in developing and implementing organizational strategies that align with our core belief that the people at Coastal are the company's most valuable asset. In her role, Amy is responsible for talent acquisition, learning and development, engagement, and retention. She has more than two decades of high-level leadership experience and adheres to three core principles in her approach - genuine care, serving others and the employee experience.
Outside of work Amy enjoys spending time with her family, adventuring near and far (she has visited 47 states and over 30 countries so far), reading, attempting gardening, and spending time on Great Pond in Maine.
