A ribbon cutting ceremony officially opened the Brewster Woods housing complex on Tuesday, May 9. Guests at the event included Town of Brewster officials along with Cape and Islands State Senator Julian Cyr.
The 7.1 acre development in Brewster, MA, which was built in conjunction with Housing Assistance Corporation and Preservation of Affordable Housing, consists of two two-story multifamily buildings organized around a central open village green area. Brewster Woods feature a total of 30 living units that are made up of one, two, and three bedroom floor plans available at affordable prices to low and moderate income households.
