Coastal Engineering staff met to discuss ideas on how to further develop the company.
On Friday, September 10th, Coastal Engineering closed the office at noon for the staff to attend a corporate retreat. We used this opportunity to learn more about ourselves, each other, and our client and business relationships. Employees participated in various workshops including a Personality Assessment and Debrief, Relationship Building, Leadership, and Accountability.
