Due to a number of factors – the lack of affordable housing options, an increasing gap between cost of living and salary levels, the seasonal nature of our economy, and more – many residents of our community face housing instability. Homeless Prevention Council is committed to assisting individuals and families on the Lower Cape through:

• Access to housing programs and funding

• Budgeting assistance

• A network of community resources

• Applications for fuel assistance and other opportunities for assistance

• Access to job training and educational resources
