Coastal Engineering Co. is pleased to welcome Todd Chapman, PLS to its team as the Land Survey Division Manager.
Todd is a licensed Professional Land Surveyor in Massachusetts with over 30 years’ experience including cadastral and topographical surveys, boundary retracement, ALTA/NSPS land title, and construction surveys. In his capacity as Survey Division Manager, Todd is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Survey Division including client contact, supervising staff, scheduling, and overseeing office and field work. Coastal Engineering looks forward to the ability to expand our land survey services under the leadership of Todd Chapman.
